1. How do I make an appointment?
For right now, we can only offer the option of calling us to make an appointment. In the very near future, we’ll be offering the option of making appointments directly from this website.
2. What is your payment policy?
Just as with every veterinary practice across the country, payment is required at the time services are performed. For major procedures such as surgeries or hospitalizations, we require a 50% deposit on the estimate provided. If cash flow is tight, we offer CareCredit
3. Can I get health insurance for my pet?
Yes, by all means! We strongly recommend pet insurance so you’re never constrained to compromise on veterinary care due to finances. We also offer a wonderful VIP Wellness Plan so you can also reduce the everyday costs of being a pet owner!
Which pet insurance plan to purchase is the real question. There are plenty of choices and as we looked for a comparison, we realized that most of the websites offering comparisons were actually owned by one or another of the pet insurance companies themselves. So be careful.

We all have pet insurance on our own pets, because if any one of our pets needs ANYTHING, from a routine injury to brain surgery, we want our pets to be able to get that treatment. We chose Trupanion for ourselves because they’re simple to use, pay what they’re supposed to pay for (for the most part) and because they have a portal installed in most veterinary hospitals (including ours) that allows for automatic payments so you’d only have to pay out of pocket for the difference.
